| 10 | 10 | | SECTION 1. Section 3151.003, Government Code, is amended to |

| 29 | 29 | | improvement, other than the north end of the stadium or a related |

| 30 | 30 | | improvement to the north end of the stadium, may not exceed 666 feet |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | above sea level; |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | (2) the construction, redevelopment, or improvement |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | of 11th Street pursuant to the East 11th and 12th Streets |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | Redevelopment Program, except that the height of an improvement may |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | not exceed 600 feet above sea level; or |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | (3) the construction, redevelopment, or improvement |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | of Robert Mueller Municipal Airport under a redevelopment and reuse |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | plan for the airport adopted by the City of Austin. |

| 39 | 39 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
