The bill would direct the Texas Military Department (TMD) to negotiate the release of the state's reversionary and other interest in certain property located in Palo Pinto County. According to TMD, any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
