| 11 | 11 | any well described by Subsection (b)(1), except as provided by | |
| 12 | 12 | Subsection (c-1). | |
| 13 | 13 | (c-1) A district may restrict the use of water from a well | |
| 14 | 14 | described by Subsection (b)(1) for the irrigation of turf grass or | |
| 15 | 15 | ornamental landscape. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
