| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Nursing balances compassion and respect for human |

| 15 | 16 | | dignity with skilled clinical practice and critical thinking; |

| 16 | 17 | | adhering to the highest professional standards, nurses bring an |

| 17 | 18 | | unwavering commitment to the well-being of their patients, |

| 18 | 19 | | especially the most vulnerable, and they serve as trusted advocates |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, The American Nurses Association gives voice to the |

| 28 | 29 | | WHEREAS, The ANA and its affiliate, the Texas Nurses |
