| 9 | 9 | | restaurant, and soft-toss baseball, Home Run Dugout opened its |

| 10 | 10 | | first location at Dell Diamond in Round Rock in 2019; since that |

| 11 | 11 | | time, the business has become a popular destination with fun |

| 12 | 12 | | activities for all ages; and |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Home Run Dugout's new location in Katy spans 46,000 |

| 14 | 14 | | square feet and serves as a full-scale standalone venue with 12 |

| 15 | 15 | | indoor batting bays, where an augmented reality experience can |

| 16 | 16 | | simulate a hit in any Major League Baseball stadium; the facility |

| 17 | 17 | | also features an outdoor mini-field and biergarten, a concert |

| 18 | 18 | | stage, three bars, and a full-service restaurant offering |

| 19 | 19 | | ballpark-inspired fare; and |

| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, The well-being of the citizens of Texas depends on |
