| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, This charming bundle of joy weighed 4 pounds, 13 |

| 10 | 10 | | ounces, and measured 18 inches in length when he made his |

| 11 | 11 | | long-awaited debut at 6:36 a.m. at St. Luke's Health-The Woodlands |

| 12 | 12 | | Hospital, just two minutes before the arrival of his twin brother, |

| 13 | 13 | | Riley Patrick Rothrock; and |

| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Michael's birth has brought great happiness not only |

| 15 | 15 | | to his parents but also to his grandparents, Michael L. and Margaret |

| 16 | 16 | | Rothrock and Kevin J. and Jeanette Riley; and |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Michael Rothrock begins his life sheltered in the |

| 18 | 18 | | warm embrace of a wonderful family, and with their love, support, |
