H.R. No. 1148
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, March 31, 2023, was indeed a special day in the lives
of Michael Patrick Rothrock and Haley Elizabeth Rothrock of Conroe,
for on that day, they became the proud parents of their darling baby
boy, Michael Mason Rothrock; and
WHEREAS, This charming bundle of joy weighed 4 pounds, 13
ounces, and measured 18 inches in length when he made his
long-awaited debut at 6:36 a.m. at St. Luke's Health-The Woodlands
Hospital, just two minutes before the arrival of his twin brother,
Riley Patrick Rothrock; and
WHEREAS, Michael's birth has brought great happiness not only
to his parents but also to his grandparents, Michael L. and Margaret
Rothrock and Kevin J. and Jeanette Riley; and
WHEREAS, Michael Rothrock begins his life sheltered in the
warm embrace of a wonderful family, and with their love, support,
and guidance, he may truly look forward to a bright and promising
future; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Michael Patrick Rothrock and Haley
Elizabeth Rothrock on the birth of their son and welcome Michael
Mason Rothrock as a new citizen of the Lone Star State; and, be it
further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the Rothrock family as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
