| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Tint-on-Wheels in McAllen is marking the 25th |

| 6 | 6 | | anniversary of its founding in 2023; and |

| 7 | 7 | | WHEREAS, Tint-on-Wheels was established on June 15, 1998, as |

| 8 | 8 | | a home-based business; the company went on to operate from rented |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | facilities until 2020, when it purchased the Plaza on 2nd Street; |

| 10 | 10 | | and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Under the ownership of David Padilla, |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | Tint-on-Wheels serves individuals and businesses in the Rio Grande |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Valley; the company provides window-tinting services for |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | automobiles, RVs, homes, and offices, and it also offers a variety |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | of specialty services to meet the unique needs of its clients; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Locally owned and operated businesses contribute to |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | the economic prosperity of the Lone Star State, and those |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | enterprises that build a record of dependability and longevity |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | enjoy a special degree of esteem in their communities; now, |

| 20 | 20 | | therefore, be it |

| 21 | 21 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
