R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Dr. Julia Ramirez of Rosenberg Elementary School
has been named E3 Employee of the Month by the Galveston Independent
School District; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Ramirez first joined Galveston ISD in 2014, and
she currently serves as principal of Rosenberg Elementary; she
enjoys collaborating with staff, students, and parents to create a
supportive environment on campus; and
WHEREAS, A native of Houston, Dr. Ramirez holds a bachelor's
degree from the University of Houston and a master's degree from
Stephen F. Austin State University, and she earned a doctorate at
Lamar University; and
WHEREAS, With her outstanding leadership, compassion, and
commitment to excellence, Julia Ramirez has earned the respect and
admiration of her colleagues, and she is indeed deserving of this
notable honor; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Dr. Julia Ramirez on being named E3
Employee of the Month by the Galveston Independent School District
and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success with her
important work; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Dr. Ramirez as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
