| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever cherish their |

| 6 | 6 | | memories of Bryan Palmer, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The son of Ricky Lynn and Ruth Nell Palmer, Bryan |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | Palmer was born in Lamesa on February 9, 1974; he was raised in |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | Sulphur Springs with his two brothers, Jason and Clint, and he |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Palmer enjoyed a rewarding career as an |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | inventory manager for Shoot Smart; he was an avid outdoorsman and a |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | life member of the National Rifle Association; and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, On November 12, 2005, Mr. Palmer exchanged wedding |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | vows with Ann Marie Headley, and the couple went on to share a |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | rewarding marriage that spanned nearly two decades; he took great |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | pride in their children, Sarah and Lauren, and their grandchild, |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | Olivia; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Deeply dedicated to his family, his faith, and his |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | country, Bryan Palmer will be remembered with admiration and |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | affection by all those who held him dear; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 24 | 24 | | Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Bryan Palmer and |

| 25 | 25 | | extend heartfelt condolences to the members of his family: to his |

| 26 | 26 | | wife, Ann Marie Palmer; to his daughters, Sarah McMullen and her |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | husband, Josh, and Lauren Wade; to his granddaughter, Olivia Lynn |

| 28 | 28 | | McMullen; to his mother, Ruth Kirkpatrick Palmer; to his brothers, |
