| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The service of an admired Mason County official drew |

| 6 | 6 | | to a close when Stephen Mutschink retired as county commissioner on |

| 7 | 7 | | December 31, 2022; and |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, First taking office on December 12, 2011, Mr. |

| 9 | 9 | | Mutschink served his fellow citizens with distinction throughout |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | his notable 11-year tenure; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Through his dedicated leadership and commitment to |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | good governance, Stephen Mutschink has helped make Mason County an |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | even better place in which to live and work, and he has set a |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | standard of excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, |

| 16 | 16 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 17 | 17 | | Legislature hereby commend Stephen Mutschink for his service as a |

| 18 | 18 | | Mason County commissioner and extend to him sincere best wishes for |
