H.R. No. 390
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The service of an admired Mason County official drew
to a close when Stephen Mutschink retired as county commissioner on
December 31, 2022; and
WHEREAS, First taking office on December 12, 2011, Mr.
Mutschink served his fellow citizens with distinction throughout
his notable 11-year tenure; and
WHEREAS, Through his dedicated leadership and commitment to
good governance, Stephen Mutschink has helped make Mason County an
even better place in which to live and work, and he has set a
standard of excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Stephen Mutschink for his service as a
Mason County commissioner and extend to him sincere best wishes for
the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Mutschink as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
