| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The service of an admired Real County official drew |

| 6 | 6 | | to a close when Mairi Gray retired as county treasurer on December |

| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, First taking office on November 29, 2011, Ms. Gray |

| 9 | 9 | | served her fellow citizens with distinction throughout her notable |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | 11-year tenure; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Through her dedicated leadership and commitment to |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | good governance, Mairi Gray has helped make Real County an even |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | better place in which to live and work, and she has set a standard of |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | excellence to which others may aspire; now, therefore, be it |

| 15 | 15 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |

| 16 | 16 | | Legislature hereby commend Mairi Gray for her service as Real |

| 17 | 17 | | County treasurer and extend to her sincere best wishes for the |
