| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever cherish their |

| 6 | 6 | | memories of Blake Rhone Subinsky of Rosharon, who passed away on |

| 7 | 7 | | August 31, 2021, at the age of 32; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, The son of Mark and Jackie Rhone, Blake Subinsky was |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | born in Houston on January 9, 1989, and he grew up in Angleton with |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | the companionship of two sisters, Erinn and Megan; he went on to |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | graduate from Brazosport Christian School in 2007, and as a young |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | athlete, he excelled at a variety of sports, including soccer, |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | baseball, basketball, football, softball, and golf; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, After high school, Mr. Subinsky enrolled at Sam |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Houston State University, where he joined Kappa Sigma Fraternity |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | and served as the fraternity's president; he earned his bachelor's |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | degree from the school in 2012, and he followed in the footsteps of |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | his mother and grandmother by taking a job as a regional account |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | manager at HD Supply; during his free time, he actively volunteered |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | with the Houston Apartment Association, and he greatly enjoyed the |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | rapport he shared with his friends and colleagues in the industry; |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | and |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Subinsky married the love of his life, Britney |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | Subinsky, on September 19, 2020, and he was equally devoted to their |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | daughter, Kailey Rae; and |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Over the years, Mr. Subinsky remained a loyal fan of |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | the Sam Houston Bearkats, and he also enjoyed cheering on the Dallas |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | Cowboys, Houston Astros, and University of Texas Longhorns; a kind |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | and gregarious young man with an infectious smile, he endeared |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | himself to everyone he met, and he made every gathering all the more |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | lively; and |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | WHEREAS, Although his journey on this earth ended far too |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | soon, Blake Subinsky touched the lives of everyone around him in |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | ways beyond measure, and they will forever hold him close in their |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | hearts; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Blake Rhone |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | Subinsky and extend deepest sympathy to his family and friends; |
