| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the |

| 9 | 9 | | students, faculty, and staff of H. D. Hilley Elementary School, |

| 10 | 10 | | Ms. Hernandez has led the way in fostering a supportive and |

| 11 | 11 | | challenging educational environment on campus; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | vitality of our state, and Darlene Hernandez is playing an |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | instrumental role in helping students to reach their full potential |
