The bill would amend Transportation Code, Section 623.382, to designate additional routes for which the City of Laredo is authorized to issue oversize/overweight vehicle permits for vehicles carrying cargo on certain roadways in Webb County.Based on the information provided by the Texas Department of Transportation, it is assumed any costs or duties associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.
