| 11 | 11 | Sec. 114.087. CONVEYANCE OR BEQUEST TO TRUST. A conveyance | |
| 12 | 12 | or bequest to a trust is considered a conveyance or bequest to the | |
| 13 | 13 | trustee of the trust. | |
| 14 | 14 | SECTION 2. Section 114.087, Property Code, as added by this | |
| 15 | 15 | Act, applies to a conveyance or bequest made on, before, or after | |
| 16 | 16 | the effective date of this Act. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023. |
