| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Sponsored by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension |

| 7 | 7 | | Commissioners Court Leadership Academy is a two-year program for |

| 8 | 8 | | county judges and commissioners; participants have the |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | opportunity to learn more about county government while |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | developing their leadership skills; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Commissioner Tim Neuman was one of a select group |

| 12 | 12 | | of applicants who were invited to the Commissioners Court |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Leadership Academy, which involves a number of multiday sessions |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | held in Texas and Washington, D.C.; through his participation in |

| 15 | 15 | | this prestigious program, he has become better prepared to take |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | on the challenges and opportunities of his office; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Tim Neuman has demonstrated an outstanding |

| 18 | 18 | | commitment to serving the citizens of Medina County, and he is |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | indeed deserving of special recognition for his achievements; |
