4	8		quinceañera with family and friends; and
5		-	WHEREAS, Derived from the Spanish words "quince" and
6		-	~~"años,"~~ meaning "15 years," the quinceañera is a traditional
7		-	~~celebration~~ that can be traced back to both Mesoamerica and the
8		-	~~Iberian~~ Peninsula, and it remains a meaningful observance that
9		-	~~commemorates~~ a young woman's journey toward adulthood; and

21		-	Legislature, 4th Called Session, hereby congratulate Jessyn
22		-	Rebecca Ramos on the joyous occasion of her quinceañera and
23		-	extend to her sincere best wishes for a bright and rewarding
24		-	future; and, be it further
