| 14 | 14 | Sec. 3.001. LIMITATION ON JURISDICTION OF CERTAIN | |
| 15 | 15 | INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. (a) The World Health Organization, | |
| 16 | 16 | the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum have no | |
| 17 | 17 | jurisdiction in this state. | |
| 18 | 18 | (b) Notwithstanding any other law, a rule, fee, tax, policy, | |
| 19 | 19 | or mandate of the World Health Organization, the United Nations, or | |
| 20 | 20 | the World Economic Forum may not be enforced or implemented by this | |
| 21 | 21 | state or a political subdivision of this state. | |
| 22 | 22 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
