A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to the jurisdiction of certain international
organizations.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Title 1, Government Code, is amended by adding
Chapter 3 to read as follows:
CHAPTER 3. INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
Sec. 3.001. LIMITATION ON JURISDICTION OF CERTAIN
INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. (a) The World Health Organization,
the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum have no
jurisdiction in this state.
(b) Notwithstanding any other law, a rule, fee, tax, policy,
or mandate of the World Health Organization, the United Nations, or
the World Economic Forum may not be enforced or implemented by this
state or a political subdivision of this state.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025.
