| 13 | - | SECTION 1. Chapter 29, Penal Code, is amended by adding | |

| 19 | - | financial institution, as defined by Section 201.101, Finance Code, | |
| 20 | - | on the same path or route as another person without substantially | |
| 21 | - | deviating from that path or route; and | |
| 22 | - | (2) is in possession of two or more criminal | |
| 23 | - | instruments, as defined by Section 16.01. | |

| 21 | + | money from an automated teller machine, bank, credit union, or | |
