12 | 10 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
13 | - | SECTION 1. Chapter 29, Penal Code, is amended by adding | |

22 | - | (2) is in possession of two or more criminal | |
23 | - | instruments, as defined by Section 16.01. | |
