| 15 | 15 | (c-1) Access to a veterans treatment court program may not | |
| 16 | 16 | be limited or denied to any veteran or member of the United States | |
| 17 | 17 | armed forces under Subsection (a) solely based on the veteran's or | |
| 18 | 18 | member's citizenship status. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
