17 | 18 | | Art. 58.151. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "victim" |

19 | 20 | | (1) an offense that allegedly constitutes: |

20 | 21 | | (A) stalking under Section 42.072, Penal Code; |
---|
21 | 22 | | (B) invasive visual recording under Section |

22 | 23 | | 21.15, Penal Code; or |
---|
23 | 24 | | (C) indecent assault under Section 22.012, Penal |

24 | 25 | | Code; or |
---|
25 | 26 | | (2) an offense that is part of the same criminal |
---|
26 | 27 | | episode, as defined by Section 3.01, Penal Code, as an offense |
---|
27 | 28 | | described by Subdivision (1) [under Section 42.072, Penal Code]. |

28 | 29 | | SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
