| 11 | 11 | SECTION 1. Section 152.1901(b), Human Resources Code, is | |

| 13 | 13 | (b) The juvenile board shall elect one of its members as | |
| 14 | 14 | [judge of the 43rd Judicial District is the] chairman [of the | |

| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
