| 16 | 14 | service applicable only to entities that qualify for a sales tax or | |
| 17 | 15 | ad valorem tax exemption that is higher than a rate established for | |
| 18 | 16 | entities that receive comparable utility service. | |
| 19 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
