R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Members of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association
Women's Caucus are visiting the State Capitol on February 12, 2025;
and
WHEREAS, Established in 2014 to address the needs of women
within the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and encourage greater
involvement in the organization's activities, the TTLA Women's
Caucus provides a dedicated space for women trial lawyers to access
professional resources, build connections, and support one another
in their careers; and
WHEREAS, The Women's Caucus hosts a number of webinars and
events throughout the year, and it encourages women to take on
leadership roles within the legal profession and in their
communities by providing opportunities for networking and
leadership development; and
WHEREAS, Since its inception, the TTLA Women's Caucus has
supported countless women in their professional endeavors, and its
members are indeed deserving of special recognition for their
dedicated efforts; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas
Legislature hereby recognize February 12, 2025, as Texas Trial
Lawyers Association Women's Caucus Lobby Day at the State Capitol
and extend a warm welcome to the visiting delegation.
