| 7 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Chris Bower, the lead pastor of West Isle |

| 9 | 10 | | for the Texas House of Representatives on March 6, 2025; and |

| 10 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Hailing from Mississippi, Pastor Bower was called to |

| 11 | 12 | | the ministry when he was 18 years old; he has since resided and |

| 12 | 13 | | ministered in 10 states and 2 foreign countries, and he has led |

| 13 | 14 | | mission teams across the globe; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Blessed with a fine family that includes his wife, |

| 15 | 16 | | Krista, and their three children, Roman, Graeme, and Elise, Pastor |

| 16 | 17 | | Bower is devoted to his loved ones and his community; and |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Chris Bower exemplifies the highest standards of his |

| 18 | 19 | | vocation, and over the years, he has inspired countless Texans |

| 19 | 20 | | through his messages of faith and goodwill; now, therefore, be it |

| 20 | 21 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas |
