| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Henry weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 19 |

| 12 | 13 | | inches in length when he made his long-awaited debut at 3:32 p.m. at |

| 13 | 14 | | Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital; and |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, In addition to bringing great happiness to his |

| 15 | 16 | | parents, Henry's birth has delighted his maternal grandparents, |

| 16 | 17 | | Allison Callegari and Robert Callegari, and his paternal |

| 17 | 18 | | grandparents, Jeanne and Chris St. Paul; moreover, Henry is the |

| 18 | 19 | | great-grandson of former Texas state representative Bill Callegari |

| 19 | 20 | | of House District 132, and his mother is the chief of staff for the |

| 20 | 21 | | district's current representative, Mike Schofield; and |
