H.R. No. 497
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, March 1, 2025, was indeed a special day in the lives
of Annie Callegari St. Paul and Merritt St. Paul of Houston, for on
that day they became the proud parents of a darling baby boy, Henry
Robert St. Paul; and
WHEREAS, Henry weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 19
inches in length when he made his long-awaited debut at 3:32 p.m. at
Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital; and
WHEREAS, In addition to bringing great happiness to his
parents, Henry's birth has delighted his maternal grandparents,
Allison Callegari and Robert Callegari, and his paternal
grandparents, Jeanne and Chris St. Paul; moreover, Henry is the
great-grandson of former Texas state representative Bill Callegari
of House District 132, and his mother is the chief of staff for the
district's current representative, Mike Schofield; and
WHEREAS, Henry St. Paul begins his life secure in the safe and
loving embrace of his family, and with their support, dedication,
and guidance, he may truly look forward to a bright and promising
future; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 89th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Annie Callegari St. Paul and
Merritt St. Paul on the birth of their son and welcome Henry Robert
St. Paul as a new citizen of the Lone Star State; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the St. Paul family as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
