| 12 | 12 | | achievement for restaurants and chefs around the globe; candidates |

| 13 | 13 | | are evaluated by MICHELIN inspectors on the quality of their |

| 14 | 14 | | ingredients, the balance of flavors in their dishes, the technical |

| 15 | 15 | | expertise on display, the personality of the chef as conveyed |
