| 11 | 14 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 12 | 15 | | SECTION 1. Section 15.440(b), Water Code, is amended to |
|---|
| 13 | 16 | | read as follows: |
|---|
| 14 | 17 | | (b) The board shall post the following information on the |
|---|
| 15 | 18 | | board's Internet website regarding the use of the fund and |
|---|
| 16 | 19 | | regularly update the information posted: |
|---|
| 17 | 20 | | (1) the progress made in developing needed water |
|---|
| 18 | 21 | | supply statewide and for the benefit of each regional water |
|---|
| 19 | 22 | | planning area; |
|---|
| 20 | 23 | | (2) for each regional water planning area, a |
|---|
| 21 | 24 | | description of each project funded through bonds supported by a |
|---|
| 22 | 25 | | bond enhancement agreement entered into under Section 15.435, |
|---|
| 23 | 26 | | including: |
|---|
| 24 | 27 | | (A) the expected date of completion of the |
|---|
| 25 | 28 | | project; |
|---|
| 26 | 29 | | (B) the current status of the project; |
|---|
| 27 | 30 | | (C) the amount of bonds issued and the terms of |
|---|
| 28 | 31 | | the bonds; |
|---|
| 29 | 32 | | (D) a summary of the terms of the bond |
|---|
| 30 | 33 | | enhancement agreement; and |
|---|
| 31 | 34 | | (E) the status of repayment of any loan provided |
|---|
| 32 | 35 | | in connection with the project, including an assessment of the risk |
|---|
| 33 | 36 | | of default based on a standard risk rating system; |

| 34 | 37 | | (3) a description of the investment portfolio of the |

| 36 | 39 | | (4) the expenses incurred in investing money in the |
