| 14 | 14 | Sec. 150.061. COMPENSATION AND TERMINATION OF CITY MANAGER. | |
| 15 | 15 | (a) Only the governing body of a municipality may terminate or | |
| 16 | 16 | adjust the compensation of a city manager. | |
| 17 | 17 | (b) This section prevails over any conflicting charter | |
| 18 | 18 | provision of a home-rule municipality. | |
| 19 | 19 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2025. |
