| 9 | 15 | | employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization; and |

|---|
| 14 | 20 | | law; widely known for her expertise, she has presented at annual |

| 15 | 21 | | seminars for districts on pressing legal topics, and she is a Texas |
