2323 OVERED LOCATION .—The term ‘‘covered 9

3535 OVERED RECORDS .—The term ‘‘covered 6
3636 records’’ means information relating to a visit at a 7
3737 covered location, which shall include— 8
3838 (A) the name of each visitor at the covered 9
3939 location; 10
4040 (B) the name of each individual with whom 11
4141 each visitor described in subparagraph (A) met 12
4242 at the covered location; and 13
4343 (C) the purpose of the visit. 14

4545 EQUIREMENT.—Except as provided in sub-15
4646 section (c), not later than 30 days after the date of enact-16
4747 ment of this Act, the President shall establish and update, 17
4848 every 90 days, a publicly available database that contains 18
4949 covered records for the preceding 30-day period. 19

5151 XCEPTIONS.— 20

5353 N GENERAL.—The President shall not in-21
5454 clude in the database established under subsection 22

6565 ENSITIVE MEETINGS.—With respect to a 6
6666 particularly sensitive meeting at a covered location, 7
6767 the President shall— 8
6868 (A) include the number of visitors at the 9
6969 covered location in the database established 10
7070 under subsection (b); and 11
7171 (B) post the applicable covered records in 12
7272 the database established under subsection (b) 13
7373 when the President determines that release of 14
7474 the covered records is no longer sensitive. 15
