| 19 | 19 | | NGENERAL.—Not later than 30 days before 5 |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | issuing a qualifying executive order, the President shall 6 |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | transmit to the Congress, and make publicly available, a 7 |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | notification with respect to such executive order. Such no-8 |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | tification shall contain— 9 |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | (1) the text of the executive order; 10 |

| 42 | 42 | | date of the enactment of this Act, and every 12 months 14 |

| 44 | 44 | | report on the outcome of each qualifying executive order 16 |

| 47 | 47 | | UALIFYINGEXECUTIVEORDER.—The term 18 |

| 48 | 48 | | ‘‘qualifying executive order’’ means any executive order 19 |

| 49 | 49 | | (including an executive order that revokes or nullifies a 20 |

| 50 | 50 | | previous executive order) issued after the date of the en-21 |
|---|
| 51 | 51 | | actment of this Act that relates to agriculture, food, and 22 |
|---|
| 52 | 52 | | the livelihood of farmers, ranchers, and producers in the 23 |
