To authorize an additional district judgeship for the district
of Idaho.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. DISTRICT JUDGESHIP FOR THE DISTRICT OF 3
IDAHO. 4
(a) I
NGENERAL.—The President shall appoint, by 5
and with the advice and consent of the Senate, 1 addi-6
tional district judge for the district of Idaho. 7
(b) T
ECHNICAL AND CONFORMINGAMENDMENT.— 8
In order that the table contained in section 133(a) of title 9
28, United States Code, will reflect the change in the num-10
ber of judgeships authorized by subsection (a), such table 11
