12		-	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Expanding Access to 2
13		-	Capital for Rural Job Creators Act’’. 3
14		-	SEC. 2. ACCESS TO CAPITAL FOR RURAL-AREA SMALL BUSI-4
15		-	NESSES. 5
16		-	Section 4(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 6
17		-	(15 U.S.C. 78d(j)) is amended— 7
18		-	(1) in paragraph (4)(C), by inserting ‘‘rural- 8
19		-	area small businesses,’’ after ‘‘women-owned small 9
20		-	businesses,’’; and 10
21		-	(2) in paragraph (6)(B)(iii), by inserting 11
22		-	‘‘rural-area small businesses,’’ after ‘‘women-owned 12
23		-	small businesses,’’. 13
