SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Expanding Access to 2
Capital for Rural Job Creators Act’’. 3
SEC. 2. ACCESS TO CAPITAL FOR RURAL-AREA SMALL BUSI-4
NESSES. 5
Section 4(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 6
(15 U.S.C. 78d(j)) is amended— 7
(1) in paragraph (4)(C), by inserting ‘‘rural- 8
area small businesses,’’ after ‘‘women-owned small 9
businesses,’’; and 10
(2) in paragraph (6)(B)(iii), by inserting 11
‘‘rural-area small businesses,’’ after ‘‘women-owned 12
small businesses,’’. 13
