2424 (a) I
2525 NGENERAL.—Beginning on the date of the en-6
2626 actment of this Act, a travel vaccination requirement for 7
2727 foreign travelers referred to in subsection (c) shall have 8

3434 ROHIBITION ONFUNDING.—Beginning on the 3
3535 date of the enactment of this Act, no Federal funds may 4
3636 be used to administer, implement, or enforce a travel vac-5
3737 cination requirement for foreign travelers referred to in 6
3838 subsection (c), unless otherwise specified in a provision of 7
3939 law enacted after the date of the enactment of this Act. 8

4141 RAVELVACCINATIONREQUIREMENT FOR FOR-9
4242 EIGNTRAVELERS.—In this Act, a travel vaccination re-10
4343 quirement for foreign travelers referred to in this sub-11
4444 section is a requirement specified in— 12
4545 (1) the decision issued by the Secretary of 13
4646 Homeland Security and the Commissioner of U.S. 14
4747 Customs and Border Protection entitled ‘‘Notifica-15
4848 tion of Temporary Travel Restrictions Applicable to 16
4949 Land Ports of Entry and Ferries Service Between 17
5050 the United States and Canada’’ and published in the 18
5151 Federal Register on April 22, 2022 (87 Fed. Reg. 19
5252 24048 et seq.) for proof of COVID–19 vaccination 20
5353 for travelers who are covered individuals (as defined 21
5454 in such order); 22
5555 (2) the decision of the Secretary of Homeland 23
