TERMINATING DHS REQUIREMENT FOR PROOF 3 OF COVID–19 VACCINATION FOR FOREIGN 4 TRAVELERS. 5 (a) I NGENERAL.—Beginning on the date of the en-6 actment of this Act, a travel vaccination requirement for 7 foreign travelers referred to in subsection (c) shall have 8 VerDate Sep 11 2014 23:51 May 17, 2023 Jkt 039200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H3094.IH H3094 pbinns on DSKJLVW7X2PROD with $$_JOB 2 •HR 3094 IH no force or effect, unless otherwise specified in a provision 1 of law enacted after the date of the enactment of this Act. 2 (b) P ROHIBITION ONFUNDING.—Beginning on the 3 date of the enactment of this Act, no Federal funds may 4 be used to administer, implement, or enforce a travel vac-5 cination requirement for foreign travelers referred to in 6 subsection (c), unless otherwise specified in a provision of 7 law enacted after the date of the enactment of this Act. 8 (c) T RAVELVACCINATIONREQUIREMENT FOR FOR-9 EIGNTRAVELERS.—In this Act, a travel vaccination re-10 quirement for foreign travelers referred to in this sub-11 section is a requirement specified in— 12 (1) the decision issued by the Secretary of 13 Homeland Security and the Commissioner of U.S. 14 Customs and Border Protection entitled ‘‘Notifica-15 tion of Temporary Travel Restrictions Applicable to 16 Land Ports of Entry and Ferries Service Between 17 the United States and Canada’’ and published in the 18 Federal Register on April 22, 2022 (87 Fed.
