| 40 | 40 | | resentatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of 14 |

| 41 | 41 | | the Senate a report describing whether or not any of its 15 |

| 42 | 42 | | broadcast entities, including its grantee organizations, has 16 |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | provided at any time during the five-year period imme-17 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | diately preceding such report an open platform for rep-18 |
|---|
| 45 | 45 | | resentatives of the PRC, members of the CCP, or any enti-19 |
|---|
