95 To reauthorize the Firefighter Cancer Registry Act of 2018.
10-Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
11-the United States of America in Congress assembled,
12-SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
13-This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Firefighter Cancer Registry
14-Reauthorization Act of 2023’’.
15-SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF VOLUNTARY REGISTRY FOR FIRE-
16-FIGHTER CANCER INCIDENCE.
17-Section 2(h) of the Firefighter Cancer Registry Act of 2018
18-(42 U.S.C. 280e–5(h)) is amended by striking ‘‘$2,500,000 for each
19-of the fiscal years 2018 through 2022’’ and inserting ‘‘$5,500,000
20-for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028’’.
