20		-	~~Section~~ 3675(b) of title 38, United States Code, is ~~amend-8~~
21		-	ed by adding at the end the following new paragraph: 9
22		-	‘‘(5) The educational institution agrees to, not 10
23		-	later than 30 days after any date on which such 11
24		-	~~educational~~ institution becomes subject to an action 12
25		-	or event described in section 3673(e)(3) of this title, 13
26		-	~~submit~~ to the State approving agency, or the ~~Sec-14~~
27		-	~~retary~~ when acting in the role of a State approving 15
28		-	~~agency,~~ a notification of such action or event in such 16
29		-	~~form~~ and containing such information as the ~~Sec-17~~
30		-	~~retary determines~~ appropriate.’’. 18
