| 41 | 41 | | ganization, or a Tribal College or University, to 12 |

| 42 | 42 | | the extent there are a sufficient number of ap-13 |

| 43 | 43 | | plications submitted by such an eligible entity 14 |

| 44 | 44 | | that meet the requirements of subparagraph 15 |
