150-meeting held by the Secretary, during the 5- 22
151-year period preceding such date, with any entity 23

249-‘‘(iii) the operating conditions of the 15
250-covered product; 16
251-‘‘(iv) the duty cycle, charging time, 17
252-and run time of the covered product, as 18
