34 | 34 | | a report on civilian casualties caused by covered oper-8 |

37 | 37 | | LEMENTS.—Each report under subsection (a) 10 |

38 | 38 | | shall include, for the year covered by the report, each of 11 |

41 | 41 | | during that year that has resulted in civilian casual-14 |

42 | 42 | | ties that the Director of National Intelligence has 15 |

44 | 44 | | (2) An identification of the total number of ci-17 |

45 | 45 | | vilian casualties resulting from covered operations 18 |

46 | 46 | | during that year that the Director of National Intel-19 |
