---|

29 | 78 | | (A) Providing services to distribute, main-16 |

30 | 79 | | tain, or update such foreign adversary con-17 |
---|
31 | 80 | | trolled application (including any source code of 18 |
---|
32 | 81 | | such application) by means of a marketplace 19 |
---|
33 | 82 | | (including an online mobile application store) 20 |
---|
34 | 83 | | through which users within the land or mari-21 |
---|
35 | 84 | | time borders of the United States may access, 22 |
---|
36 | 85 | | maintain, or update such application. 23 |

63 | 114 | | trols such application shall provide, upon request by a user 22 |

65 | 116 | | of United States, to such user all the available data related 24 |

68 | 121 | | tion. Such data shall be provided in a machine readable 1 |

69 | 122 | | format and shall include any data maintained by such ap-2 |

118 | 173 | | CTIONS BY ATTORNEY GENERAL .—The At-18 |

120 | 175 | | (A) shall conduct investigations related to 20 |

121 | 176 | | potential violations of subsection (a) or (b), 21 |
---|
122 | 177 | | and, if such an investigation results in a deter-22 |
---|
123 | 178 | | mination that a violation has occurred, the At-23 |
---|
124 | 179 | | torney General shall pursue enforcement under 24 |
---|
127 | 184 | | (B) may bring an action in an appropriate 1 |

128 | 185 | | district court of the United States for appro-2 |

146 | 203 | | pursuant to subsection (g)(3)(A), such invalidity 17 |

---|
148 | 205 | | same provision of this section to such foreign adver-19 |
---|
149 | 206 | | sary controlled application by means of a subsequent 20 |
---|
