365	365	retary of Defense that such action is necessary in the na-4
366	366	tional interest, the Secretary may, with the approval of 5
367	367	the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, 6
368	368	transfer up to $1,000,000,000 only between the appro-7
369	369	priations or funds made available in this title to the De-8
370	370	partment of Defense to respond to the situation in 9

372	372	retary shall notify the Congress promptly of each transfer 11

1014	1014	tributions and an update on the status of such contribu-15
1015	1015	tions: Provided further, That the requirements of this sub-16
1016	1016	section shall continue in effect until such funds are ex-17

1019	1019	EC. 507. (a) ARRANGEMENT REQUIRED.—Notwith-19
1020	1020	standing any other provision of law, not later than 60 days 20
1021	1021	after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President 21
1022	1022	shall enter into an arrangement with the Government of 22
1023	1023	Ukraine relating to the repayment by Ukraine to the 23

1052	1052	total indebtedness incurred by Ukraine or antici-21
1053	1053	pated to be incurred by Ukraine with respect to eco-22
1054	1054	nomic assistance and related expenses made avail-23
1055	1055	able under the headings ‘‘Economic Support Fund’’ 24
