Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Keeping Violent Offend-4
ers Off Our Streets Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. FRAUD IN CONNECTION WITH POSTING BAIL. 6
Section 1033(f)(1)(A) of title 18, United States Code, 7
is amended by inserting before the comma the following: 8
‘‘(including the posting of monetary bail, criminal bail 9
bonds, and Federal immigration bail bonds)’’. 10
